Last Monday, June 15th, 2026, we hosted our Annual Brian Saloy Memorial Golf Outing – we had a fantastic time with our Lion brothers, community members, and friends.
Together, We raised over $55,000 for the Lions Club and the many charities we support. A day like this sets the pace for our year ahead, and reminds us all just how impactful we can be when we come together.

We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to all of the participants, volunteers, sponsors, and donors who helped make the event such a tremendous success. Particular, the North Hempstead Country Club for accommodating us every step of the way and providing our guests with exceptional service.
A special thank you goes to our Honoree, Alex D’Angelo, whose support and dedication helped make the day truly memorable. Alex’s work as a Lion and beyond served as an inspiration to anyone looking to make an impact.
We are grateful to everyone who contributed to this event – you make our mission possible. Contributions included dozens of sponsorships, donations, and day-off purchases like silent auction items and raffle tickets.
Our silent auction was also a great success! Auction items, primarily donated by our Lions Brothers, included golf outings, boat outings, Mets tickets, and more! This portion of our evenings contributed to over $15,000 in profit, and we cannot thank our generous guests enough!
