Brian Saloy

The Edward Smith Mineola Lions Club recently lost one of its most beloved members, Brian Saloy, affectionately known by the names "Lion Brian”, "LB”, and “Uncle Billy." The Club expresses its most profound condolences to Brian's family, including his Dad and Club member Steve Saloy, his brother Greg, and Brian's fiancée Maria Calabrese.

Brian loved being a member of the Mineola Lions. He was a dedicated member of the Club, who gave of his time and talents to serve the community and to make a difference in this small corner of the world. Brian’s personable and outgoing manner and his infectious laugh, would brighten the day of anyone who had the pleasure of keeping his company. All of the members of the Mineola Lions Club know we were fortunate to have known Brian. We will miss Uncle Billy, but he will always be present in the hearts and thoughts of the members of the Edward Smith Mineola Lions Club, most especially any time the Club gathers together.
